Smorgasburg is perhaps one of my favorite NY activities, most likely because it involves food, food & more food. And what food takes the spotlight over all others? The RAMEN BURGER, of course. Funny, it seems not long ago I posted about my love for ramen. It’s a real problem. But you’ll be surprised to find I may be that one in a million that DIDN’T love the ramen burger…How could I commit this blasphemy you ask? I felt like the ramen buns needed seasoning and left a ‘i-just-ate-processed-food’ taste in my mouth. The patty could have also used some serious chili oil.
Nonetheless, I had some amazing bites and bathed in the sunshine. I also took this chance to wear my fun twisted high low skirt. I paired it with a plain black-t, knotting it to the side to create even further asymmetry – because, why not? Be fun, be creative! Brought along an old denim jacket that must be over 10 years old and topped it all off with a vintage leather bag I got from a cute Brooklyn flea a few years ago before I moved to the city!
